Can the colour of Artiflax flax products be matched to my required colours? 

Yes, but while we make every effort to dye flax to desired colours, due to the nature of flax some slight colour variation may occur.  Most say the variation adds depth and individuality.

Can I request a design other than those available in the galleries?

Yes, we enjoy a bit of variety now and then.  We can tailor a custom design to meet your needs or tell us what you have in mind, we're more than happy to help.

Can I make an appointment to meet and discuss my order?

Are Artiflax products safe to travel internationally (through customs)?

Yes, Artiflax products have been all over the world.

What is the normal life expectancy of flax products?

Provided the care instructions sent with every Artiflax product are followed, they will last for many years.

Will the colours fade?

Artiflax products will keep their rich, lustrous colour for years, but if they are exposed to excessive direct sunlight, some fading will occur.

What happens if they get wet?

Simply dry them off and leave in the sun for a few hours or anywhere super warm and dry.  We do not recommend keeping Artiflax products in a bathroom or anywhere with excessive moisture.
